Before joining Conor Kenny & Associates, John recently performed the role of Head of Marketing at David Lloyd Leisure during which time he was responsible for driving a dynamic rebranding campaign for the group, pulling together disparate brands and positioning across international territories to deliver a powerful and coherent brand.

• Developing a true understanding of the sales process.
• Understanding the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) by which sales can be managed.
• Understanding how sales systems can be developed to support the sales process and provide the relevant information from which to report on the KPIs.
• Identifying 6 Key areas which have a direct influence on sales performance.
• Breakout groups to discuss and workshop ways in which the Health & Leisure Club Management Team can ensure these key areas are happening consistently.
• Understanding how to effectively motivate your sales team.
