It will define 'Suggestive Selling', Upselling and (Value) Add-on Selling and educate participants in the opportunities for ' Suggestive Selling'. It will also help participants to understand how 'Suggestive Selling' adds to the guests' satisfaction.
Facilitated by Rosemary Gorman Morley who has over 20 years experience as a training professional. She held the position of Training and Development Manager at the Conrad Hotel, Dublin where she was responsible for leading and overseeing the implementation of the hotel's multiaward winning quality system.

It will give you a clearer understanding of your fundamental legal obligations to your employees in terms of what is required in a Contract of Employment, Company Policies, e.g. your Disciplinary Process and Downsizing, The workshop will also explain the various forums available for employment related issues, such as The Rights Commissioner, Employment Appeals Tribunal, The Labour Court and the Equality Tribunal.
Facilitated by Dylan Macaulay, Solicitor, who has worked with a number of Ireland's leading firms before setting up and running his own successful practice for over 10 years.
