One of Ireland’s youngest high-achieving Managers, Grace is an honours graduate of Cathal Brugha Street with a degree in Business Studies as well as Hotel Management. Grace began her management career with the Great Southern Hotel Group and then moved on to the Jury’s Hotel Group. She held many key positions within the company and worked on a number of the Jurys Inns Openings in the U.K. From there she moved to Bewley’s Hotel,helping them to open their first U.K. property in Glasgow. Grace returned to Ireland in 2000 and worked at the Brandon House Hotel, Health Club & Spa in Co. Wexford, helping the owners with their capital investment strategy and implementing Best Practice Standards. Prior to joining Conor Kenny & Associates, Grace managed the opening of the Absolute Hotel in Limerick. During her career Grace
has been responsible for building successful management teams and driving strategy.
