For the past 2 months we have been quietly meeting with progressive and far-seeing hoteliers and industry leaders.
You see, our open Sales & Marketing Workshops have been so successful that we had to find a way to make them more accessible, available and easily affordable.
We created CKA Members. It’s just like a leisure club. You pay monthly and have free access to over 24 workshops per quarter in Dublin, Cork and Limerick.
Our programme runs for 12 months and will change in year 2, year 3 and so on.
The focus will always be Sales, Marketing and Communications.
You can choose which of 3 levels you sign up for and you can send different members on different courses.
Everything has a sharp focus and one full year will give you the perfect boot camp in Sales & Marketing excellence, knowledge and skills.
We are big on interaction and mentoring too and your team will finish every day with lots of new knowledge, insights, expertise and measurable (by you) homework too.

How Are We Doing?
Before launching CKA Members we have 12 members already signed up. In fact, the first 12 are industry leaders and highly respected industry names. But, because we are strictly limiting membership of our club we are also selective in who we invite.
You must be progressive, believe in lifelong learning, developing your people, education and sharing wisdom (the first 12 already do).
We only reveal who the signed up members are to new members once they have met our team for the initial conversation. After all, it is exclusive, not for everyone and we prefer to have members who are not competing locally with other members.

Our first new CKA Members workshops are on September 8th,15th and 21st in Cork and Limerick.
They cover wedding sales, knowing and understanding your target market, creating an effective marketing plan, successful sales strategies and skills and managment skills.
