Newsletter January 2012
Well the year is certainly getting off to an exciting start. January sees us host a very special wine dinner with legendary winemaker Kevin Judd and in February we will be holding our second "Nose to Tail" butchery day with Frank Krawczyk. Also, every Friday throughout February and March we will be having a BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle) evenings where you can bring your own wine to the restaurant and pay absolutely nothing to drink it with your meal. Come to Lismore with friends and family for traditional Sunday lunch roasts. Walk-off lunch afterwards by following one of the stunning West Waterford Walking Trails
or go for a paddle in an open canoe with Blackwater Boating.

"BYOB" - Bring Your Own Bottle Friday's
For the months of February and March we are offering our guests the opportunity to "Bring Your Own Bottle" of wine on Friday evening's. We will not be charging any sort of corkage and would only ask that each person on the table has at least two-courses (to include a main course). We appreciate many people collect good wines and don't get much of an opportunity to enjoy them outside of the home. We have plenty of decanters too. Don't get used to it as it is running for a limited time only!!!
